Wicking-Bed Workshop

Ever wanted an innovative way of growing food or herbs with less water?

Join us Saturday, April 27th for our hands-on workshop! Well be sharing our knowledge on WICKING-BEDS, and epic alternative way to grow food with less maintenance and water input, while giving purpose to otherwise wasted resources 🌿

In this workshop we will be up-cycling old food-grade IBC Totes into 4 wicking bed gardens. You will walk away with knowledge on:

-Passive irrigation

-Up-cycling materials

-3 Layers of a Wicking-Bed

We learned about this technique in Jordan, a very dry/arid landscape, and felt its importance to share here in our coastal desert landscape. We are so excited to share with you all! Please bring water, a notepad, and gloves.
