Jordyn Nikole

Since a young age, Jordyn has shown a keen interest in human health and wellness. Through exploring subjects like Kinesiology and Anthropology, she recognized the potential of embracing a wholistic way of life. This realization led her to delve into the study of Permaculture. In 2020, she embarked on an extensive learning journey with the San Diego Sustainable Living Institute and Earthship Biotecture, sowing the seeds for future offerings for the community.  She quickly began to realize; "Not everyone has the means or desire to establish a rural homestead. The necessary infrastructure already exists in urban settings; the question is, how can we integrate wholistic systems into our current surroundings? And How can we retro-fit the existing infrastructure to become more efficient with our resources?." Through Treedom Cooperative, Jordyn has had the opportunity to work with community members and on projects that are finding ways to answer these questions.
